Driving the news: Team Velocity and VINCUE have partnered up to launch Trade Cycle Intelligence, a new platform helping dealers automate the trade-in cycle for previously sold customers.
For context: Dealers have historically identified trade-in opportunities through manual DMS searches, CRM filters, or one-off data-mining tools.
But this system combines customer and equity data from Team Velocity with market and inventory performance data from VINCUE to help dealers generate more return-to-market transactions.
Service advisors can scan VINs at check-in to see trade values and instantly create personalized, equity-driven upgrade offers.
And acquisition managers can see a feed of customers flagged as likely to trade, and then use AI (co-developed with Spyne) to reach out automatically via text or email.
