Cadillac is looking to build on its market success—with a new customization program that elevates its play in the luxury sector.
The details: The new program—"Curated by Cadillac”—allows a limited number of customers buying a 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing to create a unique one-of-one expression of the 668-horsepower luxury sedan.
Program participants can choose from an expanded palette of colors, materials, and finishes.
Available offerings feature over 160 exterior colors, including high-gloss and frost finishes.
Interior options include an expanded list of colors and materials—with millions of potential combinations.
Curated by Cadillac leverages GM’s Artisan Center, the high-tech facility in Warren, Michigan, where Cadillac hand assembles the Celestiq—working with a client’s dealer and a Cadillac concierge to create the customer’s unique Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing. Pricing for the highly customized high-performance sedan starts at approximately $158,000 MSRP.
What they’re saying: “Curated by Cadillac embodies our commitment to delivering an elevated level of customization. Drawing upon experience from the ultra-luxury, hand-built CELESTIQ, we are now delivering our CT5-V Blackwing customers an opportunity to create a vehicle that is as unique as their own story,” said John Roth, Global VP of Global Cadillac.
Why it matters: Curated by Cadillac gives dealers a high-margin, ultra-customization sales tool for the 2026 CT5-V Blackwing, enabling them to offer one-of-one vehicles and deepen relationships with top-tier buyers—boosting both profit potential and Cadillac’s luxury market prestige.
Between the lines: The curated Cadillac CT5-V program—being showcased at Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance this week in California—is being launched amid some impressive wins for the luxury brand.
Cadillac’s sales were up 17% in the first half of 2025, the luxury American brand’s best since 2008.
The Cadillac Escalade led Q2 2025 luxury SUV sales with 11,692 units, up 16.12% year-over-year, capturing 46% of the U.S. market share.
First-half 2025 Cadillac retail sales were up in all 50 states and up more than 25% in 26 states.
Cadillac also pulled off some impressive numbers in the EV sector in the first half of 2025—with nearly 25% of vehicles sold by the brand in H1 being fully electric, led by the Optiq (3,224 units), Vistiq (1,744 units), and the new Cadillac Escalade IQ (1,810 units).
Bottom line: Cadillac is capitalizing on strong sales momentum with a high-margin, ultra-customization program for the 2026 CT5-V Blackwing that enhances its luxury positioning, deepens dealer–client relationships, and reinforces its brand prestige—while showcasing continued growth in both traditional and EV markets.
