Driving the news: The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and Northwood University have teamed up to make undergraduate and graduate programs easier for students to access.
By the numbers: The new partnership between NADA and Northwood, which is nestled about two hours northwest of Detroit in Midland, Michigan, offers discounts for online and in-person programs.
NADA dealer members, spouses and dependents can get a discounted rate of $350 per credit hour for the 2026–27 academic year for online undergraduate programs.
Northwood’s graduate-level program will offer 20% tuition scholarships to put toward a Masters of Business Administration degree.
Students can also receive discounted per-credit-hour tuition for master of science programs.
Up to $15,000 in scholarships for doctorates in business administration will be available.

In-person assistance: The Premier Education Partnership Scholarship for dependents of NADA’s dealer-members applies to on-campus programs.
Students can get up to $36,000 over four years, or $2,000-per-year for students getting other aid, too, subject to eligibility and availability
What they’re saying: “This partnership is about more than tuition assistance — it’s about strengthening the leadership pipeline for an industry that is central to the American economy,” Dr. Matthew Bennett, vice president of enrollment, strategic partnerships, and the Center for Automotive & Mobility Studies (CAMS) at Northwood University, said in a release.
Bottom line: NADA is investing in the industry's talent pipeline as dealership succession planning and consolidation remain critical issues.
