Car Dealership Guy has launched CDG Circles, a new platform connecting verified auto dealers through private chat groups designed to share what’s actually working in real time.
The network, which quietly built a 1,000+ dealer waitlist ahead of launch, is now open to dealer principals, general managers, and department heads across 45 states, representing over $56 billion in combined revenue.

The purpose: Dealership operations have become increasingly complex, with most stores relying on dozens of tools, vendors, and data sources to stay competitive.
According to CDG Founder Yossi Levi, that fragmentation has created an industry-wide gap in peer learning.
“As the industry has gotten more sophisticated, being a good dealer has simply gotten tougher, and we're very uniquely positioned to solve this problem for dealers, given our huge community and network and distribution,” Levi said.

And that belief in community comes from Levi’s own time behind the desk.
In his words: “As I was rising in the dealership world, I experienced isolation—a kind that cost me time, money, and clarity.”
That kind of isolation is what Circles aims to eliminate.
Here’s how it works: Each Circle is a private, dealer-only chat group and network where conversations evolve around what’s top of mind for operators, from inventory swings to hiring challenges to digital strategy.
- Conversations are confidential, vendor-free, and moderated to stay actionable.
- And unlike traditional 20 Groups, which meet quarterly, Circles connects operators for daily intel and real-time peer feedback.
“We spent four months talking to dozens of operators—testing, refining, rebuilding,” Levi explained. “Dealers told us what they needed. We listened. Then we built. And we’re still early.”

Even better, he said the goal isn’t to compete with 20 Groups but to instead complement them, giving dealers an always-on space to share insights and solve problems together.
As part of the launch: CDG has tapped Alex Wolniewitz to lead the Circles division.
Wolniewitz brings over 15 years of retail automotive experience, including time as a director at AutoNation, and most recently as founder and CEO of a venture-backed vehicle marketplace.
Let’s talk ethos: From the start, Circles was built around CDG’s dealer-first philosophy. And Levi insisted that access shouldn’t depend on group size or budget.
That’s why Circles is built for every kind of operator, from a $1/month entry tier that keeps access open to everyone, to a $99 Pro plan for advanced collaboration, and even a $9,999/year Executive tier for top performers looking to connect with peers at the highest level.
What to expect: The CDG team plans to scale Circles in the coming months, including crowdsourced insights from across the dealer network, live sessions for members, and more enhancements designed to make peer learning even faster and more actionable. However, as the network grows, Circles will remain rooted in its original mission of creating a dealer-first space for authentic connection and shared learning.
