The last dealerships originally owned by the late William Fuccillo in New York have sold.
Fuccillo, who died June 17, 2021, at age 65, was a well-known, charismatic dealer known for his ads that put several syllables in the word “huge.”
Driving the news: John Love of Bob Johnson Auto Group purchased Fuccillo Imports in Watertown, New York, from William Fuccillo Jr., in a deal that closed June 8.
For context: Fuccillo Imports is a dealership selling the Hyundai and Subaru brands in one building, with a wall separating the operations.
The dealerships were renamed Bob Johnson Hyundai and Bob Johnson Subaru.
Bob Morris, of Tim Lamb Group, facilitated the transaction.
