Driving the news: Jeremy Hodge Auto Group has acquired Patriot Honda in Ardmore, Oklahoma from Patriot Auto Group, with the dealership now operating as Jeremy Hodge Honda.
For context: This is the second deal between the two groups in just over a year, according to deal advisors Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions. In October 2024, Hodge bought the former Patriot Chevrolet GMC in Ardmore, which now operates as Jeremy Hodge Chevrolet GMC.
Patriot Auto Group was founded in 2014 by Tatton Manning, who built the company into a seven-store network across Oklahoma after earning his MBA from Oklahoma State University following military service.
Hodge grew up working in his grandfather James Hodge's Ford dealership in Idabel, Oklahoma, learning every department. He now owns nearly half a dozen stores across Chevrolet, GMC, Honda, and Toyota brands.
Big picture: With deep local ties, Hodge is aggressively building an Ardmore stronghold, likely seeing higher margins or customer loyalty in a market where he already operates.
