The store name will remain, according to Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, which represented Lithia in the sale.

Public retailer Lithia has been active this year, including its acquisitions of a Toyota store in Nashville in March and a Mercedes-Benz dealership in February.
What they’re saying: “Premium and luxury dealerships require a unique understanding of brand standards, customer relationships, and long-term market positioning,” Bill Scrivner, CEO of Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, said in a release.
