For context: The deal with Hemmersmeier closed on March 16, and the dealership was renamed Jerry Seiner Subaru.
Ghreiwati renamed its dealership Mazda of Valencia. That deal closed on March 17.
Haig Partners represented the sellers.
Dave Cantin Group represented the buyers.
What they’re saying: “This transaction was part of the broader divestiture of Hello Auto Group’s Santa Clarita platform and required coordination across multiple buyers and stakeholders,” Haig Partners said in an announcement about the transaction. “A disciplined process and sustained competitive tension were key to achieving a successful result.”
