Driving the news: Hanania Automotive Group has acquired Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Palm Coast, Florida from the Miller family.
For context: Hanania already operates three stores in St. Augustine, including another Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location, plus Buick GMC and Chevrolet dealerships.
The newly acquired store will be renamed to Hanania Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Palm Coast.
Hanania now runs 19 dealerships across Florida, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
Terms weren't disclosed.
“It makes sense for us because it is our next market,” said Hanania Automotive Group founder and CEO Jack Hanania (via The Jacksonville Daily Record). “It’s a good play for us to continue our great service and reputation into Flagler County.”
Why it matters: Palm Coast sits between the group's St. Augustine stores and other Florida locations, letting Hanania build density in Northeast Florida where it already has a presence.
