Driving the news: Young Automotive Group acquired a Nissan dealership from Ken Garff Automotive Group in a deal that closed June 16. 

For context: Utah-based Young Automotive purchased Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale, in that Utah city, about 35 minutes north of Salt Lake City.

  • The dealership was renamed Young Nissan Riverdale.

  • With the addition, Young Automotive now owns 11 dealerships in Weber County, according to an announcement.

What they’re saying: The group said it appointed Brad Taylor to be general manager.
