Pennsylvania has tightened its Automotive Industry Trade Practices guidelines, introducing new rules for dealers that aim to enhance consumer protections.

Stellantis has issued a sweeping recall of over 1.2 million Ram 1500 trucks in the U.S. and another 300,000 vehicles globally.

Why? A software bug could disable the truck’s electronic stability control, posing a crash risk without warning.
