Driving the news: Stellantis $STLA ( ▲ 0.1% ) has tapped Sébastien Jacquet as its new chief quality officer as Antonio Filosa prepares to officially take over as CEO later this month.
For context: Jacquet steps up from his role as deputy chief engineering officer, where he's been running cross-platform projects from Paris.
The French executive brings nearly 25 years of automotive experience and was instrumental in launching Stellantis' STLA Medium platform.
He's also a longtime Groupe PSA veteran who stayed through the Fiat Chrysler merger.
