For context: Gregg Young Chevrolet of Plattsmouth is in that Nebraska city, about 20 miles south of Omaha.
The dealership was renamed Janssen Kuenle Chevrolet.
Performance Brokerage Services advised the sellers on the transaction.
Gregg Young Automotive Group owns more than 13 dealerships in multiple states, including Iowa and Wisconsin.
Strategic note: Janssen Auto Group owns multiple dealerships across Nebraska, including a store selling Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram about 500 feet away from their new store.
