Driving the news: Janssen Auto Group acquired a Nebraska dealership from Gregg Young Automotive Group in a Sept. 2 deal.
For context: Gregg Young Chevrolet of Plattsmouth is in that Nebraska city, about 20 miles south of Omaha.
The dealership was renamed Janssen Kuenle Chevrolet. The deal included a body shop on site.
Performance Brokerage Services advised the sellers on the transaction.
Gregg Young Automotive Group owns more than 13 dealerships in multiple states, including Iowa and Wisconsin.
Strategic note: Janssen Auto Group owns multiple dealerships across Nebraska, including a store selling Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram on the same lot of the newly purchased Chevrolet store and body shop.
They purchased the Stellantis store from Gregg Young Automotive in December 2025, Matt Willis, of Performance Brokerage Services, confirmed to CDG News.
