For context: Sold were Norman Reeves Honda, Norman Reeves Mazda, and Norman Reeves Genesis, in Irving, Texas.
The dealerships were renamed Clay Cooley Mazda, Clay Cooley Hyundai, and Clay Cooley Genesis.
Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented The CAR Group in the transaction.
