Yossi J. Levi, founder and CEO of Car Dealership Guy, just announced the launch of CDG Ventures, an investment platform that provides accredited investors with access to private investment opportunities sourced through his broader industry network.

Some context: Car Dealership Guy (CDG) has evolved into an ecosystem spanning dealers, operators, founders, executives, investors, and industry decision-makers.

  • Through those relationships, Levi says he has identified and invested in companies across automotive, software, AI, fintech, marketplaces, and commerce infrastructure.

  • CDG Ventures, he says, is exactly that.

  • And it’s designed to open that deal flow to accredited investors who want to participate alongside future investments sourced by Levi.

The stated goal: Give dealers the opportunity to own a stake in the companies shaping their industry beyond just buying their products.

"For years, dealers have helped build billions of dollars of value for the companies they do business with every day," said Levi. "One of our goals with CDG Ventures is to give them the opportunity to own a piece of that value creation.”

Instead, the platform's standalone function is to help portfolio companies with customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, hiring, fundraising, and distribution, beyond providing capital.

Worth noting: The launch is not tied to a specific transaction. Levi says it establishes a long-term platform for future opportunities, including early-stage venture investments, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and other special situations.

The platform, he says, is open to accredited investors, as defined under applicable securities law. There is also no commitment or obligation to invest, given that joining participants can review opportunities and decide on a deal-by-deal basis.
