Osyatinsky owns multiple transportation, roadside assistance, and collision companies, according to Biltmore Automotive Service, which represented the buyers.
The store was renamed Brookville Auto Group Chevrolet.
Strategic note: The dealership is expected to earn more than $50 million in annual revenue and to sell 75-plus cars a month. And, the duo expects to keep expanding, according to Biltmore.
