Driving the news: Nevin Baratian, Rob Xerri, and Bob Sarraf acquired a Stellantis store in California from Nouri/Shaver Automotive Group in a deal that closed July 27.
For context: The three partners purchased LAX Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Inglewood, California, just outside Los Angeles.
The store name will remain.
The acquisition marks the group’s second franchised dealership on the West Coast, adding to their package of stores on the East Coast, according to Seth L. Dobbs, Esq., national chair of Fox Rothschild’s Automotive Practice Group.

What they’re saying: Dobbs told CDG News that he is excited to be a part of the group’s continued bi-coastal growth.
“They have already demonstrated their ability to identify underperforming dealerships and transform them into highly successful operations garnering national recognition,” Dobbs said. “I am confident they will bring that same vision, discipline and operational expertise to this acquisition.”
